50n4 Games respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

This page explains how users may request the deletion of data associated with their use of any mobile application published by 50n4 Games. It applies to all current and future applications developed and published by 50n4 Games.

Do Our Applications Have User Accounts?

No.

Our applications do not require users to create accounts, register, sign in, or provide personal profiles in order to use their core features.

Because our applications do not use user accounts, we may not always be able to identify or associate information with a particular user or device.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like to request deletion of data that may be associated with your use of one of our applications, please contact us at:

Please include the following information in your request:

• The name of the application.

• The device platform (Android or iOS).

• A description of your request.

We aim to respond to data deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a request.

Additional time may be required where reasonably necessary to verify a request, comply with applicable legal obligations, or process complex requests. Where required by applicable law, we will notify you if additional time is needed.

What Data May Be Deleted?

Depending on the information available to us and our third-party service providers, we may be able to delete or request deletion of certain information associated with your use of our applications, including:

• Information under our direct control, such as customer support communications you have sent to us.

• Information stored locally on your device, which can generally be removed by uninstalling the application, subject to your device and operating system settings.

Because our applications do not use user accounts, we may not always be able to identify or locate information associated with a particular device or individual user. As a result, our ability to delete certain information may be limited.

If you have made an in-app purchase, payment card information and other financial account information are processed securely by Google Play Billing and are not collected or stored by 50n4 Games. Certain transaction records may be retained by Google in accordance with its own legal and regulatory obligations.

Third-Party Services

Our applications may use third-party services to provide advertising, analytics, platform services, payment processing, and advertising mediation.

These services may include:

• Google AdMob

• Google Play Services

• Google Play Billing

• IronSource Mobile (LevelPlay Mediation)

• Unity Ads

Some information may be collected, processed, or stored by these third-party providers in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We may not have direct access to, control over, or the ability to delete information maintained solely by these providers.

Because certain information is processed independently by third-party providers, requests relating to information held by those providers may need to be submitted directly through their respective privacy rights or data deletion procedures.

Stop Future Data Collection

You may stop future collection of information by uninstalling the application from your device.

Uninstalling an application removes information stored locally on your device, subject to your device and operating system settings.

Please note that uninstalling an application does not automatically delete information that has already been transmitted to us or to third-party service providers.

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide customer support.

• Verify and restore eligible non-consumable in-app purchases.

• Comply with legal obligations.

• Prevent fraud and abuse.

• Resolve disputes.

• Enforce our agreements and policies.

When information is no longer required for these purposes, it will be deleted, anonymized, or securely retained only where required by applicable law.
